What we store

OAO Store keeps what it needs to sell you packs and prove your purchases — nothing else.

• Account & billing: your Telegram identity, purchase history, pack entitlements, and token usage — kept while your account is active.
• Short-lived usage metadata: request timestamps, model name, and token counts, used for billing and abuse prevention. Deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

What we do not store

The content of your prompts and responses is not stored on our platform. We do not keep conversation logs, message text, or file content passing through the gateway.

How your requests travel

API requests leave your client over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) and reach OAO over the same encrypted transport. From OAO, each request is forwarded over an encrypted connection directly to the official third-party model cluster selected by the user. We do not route your traffic through unencrypted hops that we control.

What not to send

Never send confidential credentials, personal passwords, blockchain private keys, seed phrases, one-time codes, or other sensitive data in your conversations. Prompt content is not stored on our platform, but it is processed by the selected model provider, and we cannot control systems we do not run.

What happens after your request leaves us

Your request is forwarded to the AI provider that serves the model. From that point on, that provider's privacy policy applies to the content of the request. We are being explicit because we cannot make promises about systems we do not run.

How long we keep things

• Account & billing data: for as long as your account is active.
• Usage metadata: short rolling windows, deleted automatically. We do not keep history we do not need.

Service limits may change

To keep the backend stable, we may adjust package limits — including requests per minute, concurrency, IP limits, and context window — at any time. Changes may take effect without prior notice. Current limits are listed in the documentation and on each pack card.

Model availability and Unlimited

We do not guarantee that any model will remain permanently available; models can be added, replaced, or retired by their providers. We do guarantee that Unlimited carries no token cap for the duration of its validity period, subject to reasonable concurrency, rate, and IP-location limits.

Your options

• Revoke your key anytime from the Dashboard — the old key dies instantly and a new one is issued with your next purchase.
• Request account deletion through support on Telegram (@Diskotax). We remove the account and billing records tied to you.
